  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Bras that have been worn or tried on.
  • Items without the original packaging or tags attached.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
